This is our chance to stitch something meaningful for someone - whether that's our mom, nana, stepmom, a friend who’s a mom or a mom-to-be.

We know Mother's Day can be tough for some people, so if that's you, please feel free to make a gift for anyone special in your life, or just for you.

Here's how you enter (it's just like our previous challenges):

1. Comment on this post to let us know which Clever Poppy pattern you'll be making as a Mother's Day gift.

2. Post a photo of your finished gift in our Embroidery for Beginners Facebook Group (do your own post on the main feed) by midnight 10th May Pacific time with the hashtag #mothersdaychallenge

Makers Academy Spotlight

This week, Makers Academy member Camille customized a special jean jacket for her daughter's birthday using our Fairy Tale Wash Away Stickers Pack and our Fall Floral Row pattern 😍

She said: "My daughter is turning one next month (cue the tears!) and I’ve been working on a fairy tale jacket for her using a few CP pattern combos. It was so much fun and I learned several new stitches along the way!"

In Our World

This week I've been deep in the final stages of pulling the Advent Calendar together - and I can now reveal two gorgeous new wash away sticker packs that will be part of it!

The 'Mindful Moments' pack includes the sweetest little designs - a yoga pose, a sleep mask, a "just breathe" banner, and a cosy cup of tea. And the Winter Snuggles pack is super cute - think a robin perched on a branch with mittens, a snow globe, a snuggly cat, and a hot cocoa mug with little hearts. 🎁✨

Bess and Jaycee have both been busy with our upcoming fall range - Bess has designed a charming pattern featuring a little fox tending to a pumpkin patch, and Jaycee has been creating embroidered fall handkerchiefs with acorns, oak leaves and little autumn bouquets.

Honestly the fall lineup is shaping up beautifully - you are all going to LOVE it 🍂
