Chef Holmes is Back!!

Jeremy came to town to cook for us again. Yeah! We couldn't cook anything until we went shopping! Nothing but the best would do for us. We went all over town to find the best meats, cheeses, produce and my favorite ingredient, chocolate.










Didn't Ben make a lovely choice for lunch? Cheetos and Coke. Wow.

This is the beginnings of the flourless chocolate cake! This stuff was liquid heaven. MMmmmmm.



Those of you who know my mother know that she eats like a bird and rarely eats sweets. Well as soon as Jeremy had the zabaglione my mom had a serving spoon to "taste test." She ended up having like 10 large spoonfuls! That is how delicious this stuff was.

Jeremy had special chef whites made for my grandma and mom just for this special occasion. I think it is safe to say they were flattered and so excited to show them off.
