This is one of our favorite ways to wrap up the year, by stitching meaningful presents for our loved ones and spreading some handmade joy. How to enter: Step 1. Comment on this post and tell us which Clever Poppy pattern you'll be making as a gift (any pattern counts!). Step 2. Post a photo of your finished gift in the main feed (as its own post - not in the comments) by midnight 19th December, using the hashtag #christmasgiftchallenge. One for a gardening friend and the other a baker. I used the pattern from the new apron design and added her name in split stitch; the other is the pattern from the Christmas stocking. Happy with how these turned out. They will be gifted with a few other items appropriate for their hobbies." JOIN THE MAKERS ACADEMY

In Our World Oh my gosh I have been working on something sooooooo exciting the last couple of weeks…planning the 2026 Clever Poppy advent calendar! We have been wanting to do one of these for years, but it's a huge job to organise it and make it amazing…but we've decided we are ready to take it on, and I could not be more excited! Our advent calendar will be full of adorable, exclusive kits and supplies (rather than a stitch-along style). I need to finalise the theme, but Christmas village is top of my list right now (especially after seeing the love for our new Christmas stall pattern). Planning is well underway, so that we can make it happen next year. So watch this space for more updates and sneak peeks.   Bess and I have also spent the week stitching bunnies. Bunnies in mandalas, bunnies in sunhats, bunnies with floral ears, bunnies in the meadow…so many cute bunnies!
