Hi there Britta! This International Women's Day, we're celebrating the heart of Clever Poppy - our founder Julie - and the thousands of women in our community who've discovered the joy of making something beautiful with their own two hands.
When Julie first stepped away from her high-stress corporate job on maternity leave, she craved a creative outlet that would fit into her busy life.
She couldn't find what she was looking for... so she created it!
Clever Poppy began as a DIY blog and has since grown into a thriving hub for modern embroidery, helping people all over the world rediscover their creativity, one stitch at a time.
Julie's journey is proof that when women back themselves and follow their passion, incredible things happen.
