Makers Academy Spotlight This week, Makers Academy member Kayla gave our Spooky Pumpkins pattern a very cute Easter twist 🐰 She shared: "I made some customizations to the Spooky Pumpkins pattern and I'm really pleased with the result. In Our World Hello! This week I've been working on some new watercolour-style embroidery patterns, which has been such a fun creative process. Paint is a great way to add loads of colour, without being time-consuming. You're going to love it! On this note I'm excited to share that we'll be going ahead with the Happy Otters watercolour pattern - it's such a cuuuuuute design and was the clear winner with our testing.    Behind the scenes I've also been experimenting with some gold beads for a secret project later this year, which has been really fun to test. And I'm thrilled to say we've lined up another guest artist for a detailed Christmas pattern that I think you're all going to absolutely love.   Matt and I also went along to a really helpful session this week with the group who mentor and coach our business. It was fantastic meeting other founders, bouncing around ideas about growing our businesses and how we can better serve our customers. We always come away from those sessions feeling inspired and full of fresh ideas.   Have a wonderful week, and happy stitching! 🪡✨
